ITINERARY OF: AFFORDABLE 4 DAYS TOUR FROM FES TO MARRAKECH DESERT TOUR

  • Day 1: Fes - Azrou - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga desert

    We’ll take you up from your riad/hotel to start your 4-day Fes to Marrakech Desert Tour, then head south through the central chain to Ifrane and Azrou. We’ll stop in the cedar forests along the road to work out the Barbarian Apes in their native habitat. As you reach Errachidia, you’ll witness views of the Middle-Atlas plateau and thus the scenery altering to offer clues of the desert as you travel through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Midelt and down the beautiful Ziz Gorges cut by volcanic rock.After lunch, we’ll travel via the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, Rissani, and Merzouga.   • Day 2: Merzouga Desert Tour and Camel Ride [Night in Desert Camp]

    After breakfast, we’ll start our journey of the area by listening to their music and seeing how they live in a Mali-based community of dark-skinned people. After that, we’ll drive to Miffis Mines to discover more about how they work before heading behind the Dunes into a whole desert with breathtaking views, where we’ll relax with the local Bedouins for a warm cup of tea before returning to the hotel. After a brief rest, your local guides will demonstrate how to saddle and dismount your camel, as well as other important camel-related safety information, before taking you to explore the Erg-fascinating Chebbi sand-sea. For the night, you’ll sleep in a Berber tent.

  • DAY 3 : MERZOUGA – TOUDRA GORGE – DADES VALLEY

Then we’ll leave the Sahara and head to Tamazight, another magnificent Berber town where we’ll be awestruck by the contrast of their palm trees and, as a result, the distinctive color of their homes. the route along which the landscape’s differences can be seen we are in the Todra Gorges, which are formed by 200-meter-high rock walls, and after exploring them, we’ll travel to the Dades Valley, a Berber settlement known for its steep gorges and vistas of the Atlas, which is now visible on the horizon. The second night of the Fes to Marrakech desert excursion is spent at a charming riad.

  • Day 4: Dades - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah - Marrakech

    We’ll travel the Valley of the Dades and the Valley of the Roses before arriving in Ouarzazate, where we’ll see the Kasbah of Taourirt, at the end of our 4-Day Fes to Marrakech Desert Tour.
